If your walk can take long – it is advisable to take a thermos of tea and high-calorie protein foods. Once you feel that you are freezing - go to a cafe or shop. Warm room will help you stay warm.
At the bus stop waiting for transport, or at the inability to enter into the room - do not stand on one spot: jump, make wide swings with hands, pat yourself. These movements will contribute to the blood surf and you will feel much warmer.
If you face freezes – blow out your cheeks several times, “roll” the air in your mouth, take a few low forward bends, so that the blood can flush to your face. Such a small warm-up will help to avoid hypothermia.
